The Board of Directors of the Electric City Culture Council (EC3) is very pleased to announce that Hannah Keating has been appointed as Artistic Producer of Artsweek 2018. Artsweek is Peterborough’s biennial festival of the arts and takes place from September 21 – September 30 2018.
