EC3 is very excited to have Carol Phillips, Executive Director of the Winnipeg Arts Council, as this year’s guest speaker. Ms Phillips is an internationally renowned arts administrator who was awarded the Queen’s Jubilee medal in 2002. She took over the Winnipeg Art Council in 2006 and under her leadership Winnipeg won the designation of Culture Capital of Canada in 2010.

Along with the usual business of the Annual General Meeting, we will present a slideshow and video from this year’s highly successful Artsweek. We will also welcome spoken work artist Ziy von B and musician Nick Ferrio and Jason Jones for performances during the evening.
