EC3 represented the arts community on this emergency taskforce set up by the Mayor of the City of Petebrorough, along with local leaders from the business, nonprofit, and political sphere, to advise and guide policy on COVID-19 recovery and resilience.

EC3 authored a final report that was presented to the group with strategies and specific recommendations for a recovery plan for the arts.
