As part of Black History Month 2021, EC3 launched a new project, Spotlight on Local Artists, presenting profiles of Black artists living and working in Peterborough.  These profiles are shared on EC3’s social media and are archived in a resource bank on our website.  This project has also continued beyond Black History Month, as EC3 continues to reach out to Black artists and continues to share the results.

This is a great opportunity to learn about these talented artists, include them in your programming and be sure to catch their work, whenever and wherever you can. Many thanks to all the participating artists!
